This is a picture that I found on my friend's flickr. He does photography as a hobby, and this picture captures me with the lighting. This is a picture of his dog swimming in arrowhead lake. The reason I like this picture is because the blue sticks out to me. With the coolness of the blue, the first instinct that I get from this picture is refreshing. The sunlight adds more tint onto the blue, which feels comfortable to my eyes. The whole picture is very well-lited. The lights gives dimension to the lake, the puppy and the background. I can see the waves and ripples in the lake because of the light. It gives dynamic to the picture. The direct sunlight from above allows me to see the puppy's face, which is adorable. In conclude, the main attraction of this picture to me is the ripples and waves. With the sunlight lighting onto the water, I could see the trough and lip of the waves. It gives dynamic to the picture.
